Story Telling Skips Part of Narration
For the past two sessions of the story telling exercise, the story "skips" sections. There is a distinctive break in the narrative where a sentence is not finished and the narrative continues after some static is heard. This results in not being able to answer some of the questions as those related parts have not been heard at all. How can this be fixed?

I understand how this can make for a frustrating experience. From what you have described, it sounds like you may need to adjust your computer’s audio settings. We recently posted a fix that provides instructions on how to make this change to your computer.

I tried what you suggested and only one thing happened: The sound for other exercises became distorted. I still had the skips in the narrative of storytelling. So, I've put the "hardware acceleration" setting to 3/4 and I'll see how it goes next time.

Well, we'll never know if I would have been able to solve the problem through the "hardware acceleration" settings. I received a new laptop and after installing BFP, there has been no issue with parts of the narrative being skipped! Yippee! -
