Problem downloading DriveSharp
I purchased DriveSharp and clicked on the confirmation email and started to download the Mac version. It asked me if I would allow downloading some other program first and I said no. Apparently I should have answered yes. Now the program won't forget the slight. How do I get past that? I'm using Mac OX 10.6.1

Inappropriate?Hi Whitney - That does sound frustrating. I'm trying to reproduce the problem so that I can help you. I've initiated the download on a Mac using Safari and declined the initial request for the Akamai download manager. When I do this, I am forced to close and reopen Safari before I have the opportunity to approve the request again. If I try again without opening and closing Safari, I cannot continue. I would suggest restarting your computer and trying again. If the problem persists, please tell me which browser you are using.

Just heard from tech support that downloading the program (instead of installing from CD) solved this issue. If anyone else receives an error containing "companion link libraries" and are installing from a CD, please contact us at customerservice@positscience.com and request a download link.
