Hi Whitney - That does sound frustrating. I'm trying to reproduce the problem so that I can help you. I've initiated the download on a Mac using Safari and declined the initial request for the Akamai download manager. When I do this, I am forced to close and reopen Safari before I have the opportunity to approve the request again. If I try again without opening and closing Safari, I cannot continue. I would suggest restarting your computer and trying again. If the problem persists, please tell me which browser you are using.
