Hi Kevin,
There are some studies currently being conducted on using the Brain Fitness Program in people suffering from PTSD, but the results are not out yet. Most of the studies are with returning veterans who experienced PTSD as a result of war.We have had some anecdotal evidence from people with PTSD who say that using our programs has helped with their symptoms- but again, there have been no official scientific studies on it that have come out yet on brain fitness and PTSD.
There are some other people and institutions we work with who are at the cutting edge of PTSD that you might be interested in exploring. In fact, 2 of our scientific advisers specialize in novel treatments for PTSD. I recommend you take a look at their research and publications and see if it helps you.
Dr. Albert "Skip" Rizzo uses virtual reality video games to treat PTSD. You can learn more about him here:

His work is in the news a lot, so you can also find out more about the therapies by using Google News and putting in his name.
Dr. Thomas Elbert uses narrative exposure therapy (NET) in his work with the vivo foundation, which works with PTSD and trauma victims mostly in Africa and Asia. There is more information about how the therapy works here:
