InSight Cortex Password Reset Fails.
Unfotunately I am having problems starting "Cortex". I cannot get past the login screen. I have requested a password reset on multiple occasions and I have never had a response.
Any help appreciated.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. I know it can be frustrating. My personal email account is a little over-agressive in moving "questionable" email into the junk folder far more frequently than I would like.
