I ordered a Mac version but got a PC version
I got InSight from KCET in Los Angeles. I ordered a Mac version but think that I got a PC version since I can't get it to install. How can I get the Mac version that I paid for?

Here’s the contact information for KCET, give them a call and they should be able to send you a Mac replacement disc for the Brain Fitness Program.

We are sorry to hear about the mix-up with KCET!
To verify you received the incorrect version, please remove the installation CD from your computer and take a look at the right-hand side of the disk. The CD will specify "Version 1.1 > for PC" or "Version 1.1 > for Mac" (see attached image).
Once you have verified you have the incorrect version, we ask that you please contact your local station to process the exchange.
You may use the PBS Station Finder to locate their contact information.

If you have the correct version but are still unable to complete the installation, please reply back to this thread with any additional detail (error messages or strange behavior) and we'll do our best to get this resolved for you.
