To start over, you must first delete your existing user before adding a new user for your second round. You can use the same name, or choose a new one.

oops! Sorry Iramseyer, it looks like the technology changed and I can't edit my instructions. At the top of the document, to the right of where it says "Scribd" in large black text, there is a small blue link that says "print". I'm sorry for the confusing instructions.

After participant setup, did you choose add/delete user? Next, did you choose delete? Next did you click your username and confirm deletion? Where exactly are you getting stuck?
