Hi Matthew - Thanks for reporting this. It sounds like your user data may be corrupted. Please send us your zipped user and tools folder and we'll see if we can reproduce the error.
1. Go to C:\Program Files\PositScience\2_0\Neuroscience\Tools
2. Double click on Posit DXDiag and allow the tool to run
3. Go back to C:\Program Files\PositScience\2_0\Neuroscience
4. Right click on the User folder>Send To>Compressed Zipped folder
5. Right click on the Tools folder>Send To>Compressed Zipped folder
6. Email the compressed User folder and compressed Tools folder as attachments to
customerservice@positscience.com
