Can't register: Error occurred connecting to Posit's license server
I received " An error occurred connecting to Posit's license server." message. What can I do to resovle this problem

Inappropriate?Hi Bobby - Sorry about this, it is indeed frustrating. I just tested the server from an external location and was able to register successfully. However, your registration was indeed unsuccessful and will need to be completed a second time. When you have time to try again, please complete the following steps:
1. Launch DriveSharp from Programs>Posit Science>Run InSight with Diagnostics (PC) or Applications>Posit Science>Run InSight with Diagnostics (Mac)
2. Click "Setup Account" and complete the registration process
3. If registration is successful, the problem may have indeed been a momentary glitch on our side. Please let me know if this is the case and I will notify our development team. If registration is not successful, see step 4.
4. Note any errors you receive including error numbers and close DriveSharp.
5. Go to Programs (or Applications)>Posit Science>Run Standalone Diagnostics
6. Click "Yes, send Data"
7. Copy the alpha-numeric ID and post it in a reply to this thread, along with any additional comments and error information.
8. When I receive your diagnostic information, I will pass it to our technical support team for review.1 Comment

If you experience this error, please do the following:
1. Confirm that you are using the correct registration code and try to register again.
2. If you still cannot register, email customerdelight@positscience.com and request a manual registration.
