Can I extract BFP Progress Reports into a data friendly format (Excel)?
Edited on 03/22/10
BFP provides detailed progress reports after each session. It seems that these can be printed using "screen capture" or "print screen" techniques.
But I have not yet found a way to create a summary report that shows progress in each exercise on a day-by-day basis in a form that is not strictly graphical. Rather, I'm looking for a way to download (or extract directly from BFP) that information into a data friendly format, such as an Excel spreadsheet or even simply CSV text file.
That way I can perform my own "offline" analysis and interpretation of these data. Without this capability, the results seem too distant and can't be easily reviewed without launching BFP. Even then, It's not clear how to simply view prior results without initiating a new training station.
Is there some way to do this?.
