James Beringer's dashboard

I am having trouble with the BFP running very slowly especially in Listen and Do. The response times are so slow it takes more than half an hour for a 15 minute session and if I click too soon for the program it registers an error even if it is the correct response. I am running on a new iMac quad core machine with 8 gigs of memory so I do not think it is my machine. Do you know what the problem is or what I can do about it?
